New Zealand homeowners and businesses now have a new way to identify trustworthy solar and battery installers and Sunergise is proud to be one of the first companies in the country to earn the certification.
SOLASSURE™ is New Zealand’s first independent quality assurance programme for solar and battery installations, developed by the Sustainable Energy Association NZ (SEANZ). Until now, buyers investing in residential or commercial solar have had no simple, independent way to tell a high-quality installer from the rest. SOLASSURE™ closes that gap, giving property owners a trusted mark to look for before they commit.
Rather than being a simple membership or accreditation scheme, SOLASSURE™ was built on consumer research and puts real weight on long-term system performance and the financial stability of the installer. Certified providers are assessed against a broad range of criteria covering technical design, installation quality, documentation, customer processes, compliance and continuous improvement, and are independently audited on an ongoing basis so the standard is maintained long after the sale.
“Solar and battery systems are long-term investments that property owners should be able to acquire with absolute confidence,” says Brendan Winitana, Chief Executive and Chair of SEANZ.
“SOLASSURE™ has been developed to ensure New Zealand avoids the pitfalls seen overseas, by recognising companies that deliver safe, high-quality installations backed by independent assessment.”
Sunergise’s certification is independent proof of what we’ve always stood for: installations that meet the highest standards of technical competence, workmanship, customer service and ongoing support.
