Project Overview
Mānawa Bay, Auckland Airport’s premium outlet centre, is New Zealand’s first 5 Green Star retail centre.
At the heart of Mānawa Bay’s sustainability efforts is a 2.3-megawatt rooftop solar system, the largest in New Zealand. The system offsets approximately 386 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year.
